With schools and districts asked to do more with less, efficient and effective operational processes are a must. The APQC Education North Star Community is a collection of over 120 K-12 school systems across the US, Australia and Canada using Process and Performance Management methodologies to save money, increase stakeholder (customer) satisfaction, and improve student outcomes. Please join us for this session which will cover the following:
- An overview of Process and Performance Management and how these methodologies can be applied in K-12 systems
- A case study presentation about how Round Rock ISD has streamlined and improved processes in transportation, student enrolment, curriculum assessments, personnel and service desk requests
A case study presentation about how Cypress Fairbanks ISD has used these methodologies to build relationships with stakeholders, take a close look at how the district determines requirements, expectations, and preferences, and to understand the key factors that lead to stakeholder satisfaction, focusing on how the district seeks knowledge, satisfaction, and loyalty to students and other stakeholders.
