The process leading to and supporting the recent transformation in the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD’s customer service program will be shared. Successfully moving from over 5,000 open service requests to an average of 400 SLA dependent service requests does not happen overnight, but with systematic planning, review, and analysis. Monitored metrics, review checkpoints, and keys to success will be shared. Discussion between participants will be encouraged to identify common metrics used across the state among participants.
