We all have our own personal definitions of success. Each of our school systems has expectations for success: of its learners, of its staff, of its programs (including technology). Are those definitions for success aligned and interconnected? Do your and your team's efforts and implementations translate into transformative experiences and increased opportunity for learners and educators? Or are we pulled by multiple demands and expectations that may not support a unified and aligned definition of success for you, your team, your learners, and your school system?
